Group therapy

If you feel lonely or isolated, confused/fearful/frustrated in your relationships, crave more emotional depth in your life, or just want a better understanding of yourself, group therapy can help!

Joining a therapy group helps you to connect more deeply with others (inside and outside the group) and explore what may be blocking you from fully connecting. We will share feelings and experiences with each other in a safe, validating, and confidential setting. You’ll have the opportunity to slow down and understand your own internal experience when relating to others and practice new ways of relating. Through your relationships with group members, you’ll experience increased support, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. Therapy groups can help foster trust in yourself and others and increase your capacity for intimacy.

One of the greatest universal desires is to be truly seen and known. It’s also one of the greatest fears. With a trained group leader and the boundaries of a therapy group, you will be supported and safe.
